Dear Bahia Vista Parents, 

We invite all Bahia Vista parents and guardians to participate in electing our School Site Council (SSC) Parent Representatives! Your voice and vote are vital in helping guide our school’s programs, resources, and goals.
We are electing 5 parent representatives, and you have three convenient ways to cast your vote on Thursday, September 3:

  1. In-Person at Coffee with the Principal:
    • When: Thursday, September 3, from 7:45 AM – 8:05 AM
    • Where: Near the front gate
    • Details: Come grab a cup of coffee, connect with our team, and cast your ballot!
  2. In-Person at the Main Office:
    • When: Thursday, September 3, until 3:45 PM
    • Where: Main Office
    • Details: Paper ballots will be available for you to fill out and submit throughout the school day.
  3. Online via Google Form:
Once all votes are counted, a follow-up ParentSquare message will be sent out to notify the Bahia Vista community of the voting results. Thank you for your active participation and commitment to our school community!
